Long Island Streaming produces corporate messages and executive communications video on Long Island and across the New York metro area — CEO and leadership updates, change and announcement video, all-hands and town-hall roll-ins, and results and investor messages. When leadership needs to say something to the whole company, a recorded message that looks considered carries the tone a memo cannot. We set up a clean, on-brand look, run the script on a teleprompter so delivery is natural and exact, and work to an approval workflow that locks the wording before anyone steps on set.
How we produce an executive message
The brief comes first. We agree the goal and the audience with your communications, HR, or legal team — what single thing this video has to land, the tone it needs, and every place it will be seen. That last point shapes the shoot: an intranet message, a town-hall roll-in, and an investor update are framed and graded differently.
Script and approval. We draft or refine the script, then run it through your review and sign-off loop. Must-say language — compliance wording, figures, names, a call to action — is locked here, and the script is formatted for natural speech and for the teleprompter. Doing this in pre-production is the whole point: the record day is about delivery, not rewrites.
Studio record. We shoot on a repeatable on-brand set with a teleprompter and confidence monitor, a producer in the room to keep the wording and tone right, and clean lavalier and boom audio (see the setup below). Multiple takes are captured, but the wording does not change.
Post-production. We edit for pace, add the graphics, titles, and B-roll that make it feel finished, and verify every caption and lower third against the approved script. A final legal and brand check happens before release.
Delivery. The finished message goes to the intranet or a private page, into a town hall as a roll-in, or to a public or investor channel — in the right format for each — plus short recap clips for people who missed it.
The repeatable studio setup
The value of a set like this is that it is set once and reused. Camera height and lens, light positions and levels, the background and its dressing, the audio chain — all recorded so the next quarter's update matches this one without rebuilding anything. The teleprompter sits through the lens so the executive's eyeline stays on camera, and the background is lit on its own channel so it falls into soft focus rather than competing for attention.

Frequently asked questions
- Why record an executive message instead of sending an email?
A recorded message that looks considered lands better than a forwarded email or a shaky phone clip. It carries tone, it can be captioned and archived, and it can be played into a town hall or posted to the intranet on a schedule.
- Do you write the script?
We can. We work from your draft, or develop one from a brief and a short interview, then format it for natural speech and run it on a teleprompter. Executive messages are usually scripted so the wording is exact and approved.
- How does the approval process work?
The review loop runs before the shoot, not after. Communications, HR, and legal sign off the script and the must-say language in pre-production, so the record day is about delivery, not rewrites. Captions and lower thirds are verified against the approved text in post.
- Can you set up a look we can reuse every quarter?
Yes. We build a repeatable studio look — background, lighting, camera height, framing, and audio chain all set once — so every update matches the last without a redesign.
- Can the same session feed a town hall?
Yes. A pre-recorded executive segment cuts straight into a live all-hands or town hall, with opening titles, agenda cards, and a recap edit afterwards.
- Where is the finished video delivered?
Wherever it needs to go — a private intranet page, an internal video platform, a public channel, or an investor-relations site — in the formats and aspect ratios each one expects, with captions and a transcript.
