Virtual Product Launches

A launch that plays like an event, not a webinar: a staged presenter, product visuals as clean feeds, remote guests done properly, a branded viewing page, and cutdowns ready the same day.

A product launch has one job: land the announcement with everyone who matters — customers at their desks, press under embargo, partners, and the sales team — at the same moment, and make it feel like an event rather than a webinar. We produce it as a broadcast: a staged presenter, product and demo footage cut in as clean feeds, remote executives and partners brought in properly, and a branded page built to convert attention into a next step. Because most of it is planned and much of it is pre-produced, the live moment is low-risk.

How a produced launch flows

Four inputs — pre-produced films, a live multi-camera presenter, product and demo capture as clean feeds, and remote executives and partners on a return feed with mix-minus — feed a switched program that a producer runs to the client's run of show. The program plays to a branded viewing page carrying the stream, a spec sheet and resources, and one clear call to action, public or behind registration on a platform the client chooses. Afterwards the client keeps a full chaptered recording, same-day cutdowns of the reveal, the demo and the executive soundbite, and a viewer report, with attendee data staying in the client's platform.

The show

A product launch set being lit and blocked: a presenter mark on a small stage, a lit product riser, a camera on a dolly, a large diffused overhead light, and a monitor at a production cart.
A launch set lit and blocked before the show — a step up in production value from a standard corporate segment.

A staged, multi-camera presenter

  • A designed set or a clean branded background, lit properly
  • Two or more cameras cut live, so the reveal has pace
  • Teleprompter and a confidence monitor for exact wording
  • A tight run of show — a launch has minutes, not an hour, to work

Product visuals as clean feeds

  • Product films and hero shots played from our system at full quality
  • Slides and spec graphics keyed in, not filmed off a screen
  • Live software or hardware demos captured direct and switched full-frame
  • Picture-in-picture of presenter and product when both matter

Remote executives & partners

  • A CEO, a design lead, a launch partner, or a customer brought in as a normal source
  • A program return feed and mix-minus so they hear the room, not themselves
  • A technical check — camera, mic, light, bandwidth — before the day
  • Pre-recorded at full quality when the schedule or the nerves call for it

A branded viewing page

  • Your player, your branding, the spec sheet and resources beside the video
  • One clear call to action — pre-order, book a demo, read the release
  • Public, or behind registration on a platform you choose
  • We build and brand the page; we do not process registrations or payments

Pre-record or run live

The safest launch is mostly finished before it goes live. We pre-produce the risky pieces and keep the live segments short and well-rehearsed.

Segment Usual approach Why
Opening / brand film Pre-recorded Motion, music, and pace that a live camera cannot match
Executive message Pre-recorded or live to teleprompter Exact, approved wording; no bandwidth risk
The product reveal Live, tightly cued The moment should happen with the audience
Live demo Live, with a recorded backup ready Real is convincing — but a fallback protects the show
Partner / customer segment Pre-recorded Removes travel, time zones, and one more live variable
Q&A Live, moderated Curated questions on screen; you control what appears

Reaching press, partners, and sales at once

One switched program can go to several places at the same time:

  • Customers — the public or registered viewing page, live and then on demand.
  • Press — a private feed held until the on-sale moment, with a media kit and broadcast-quality assets available separately for reuse.
  • Sales & channel — the recording and the same-day cutdowns, plus the deck, so a rep can follow up while the announcement is still fresh.
  • Internal — a version for the company so employees hear it from you, not from the news.

What you keep

  • The full switched recording, with chapter markers
  • Same-day cutdowns where the schedule allows — the reveal, the demo, and the key executive soundbite, sized for social and sales
  • The reusable viewing-page template and graphics package for the next launch
  • A viewer report — watch time and drop-off; registration and any purchase data stay in your platform, in your hands
