The slides, the names on screen, and the roll-in videos are what make a stream read as a broadcast rather than a recorded meeting. We take each as a clean source and the producer switches them live, to your brand.
Slides as a feed, not a photo of a screen
We capture PowerPoint or Keynote as a direct video signal and switch between the presenter, the slides full-screen, and picture-in-picture of both. The deck runs from our system or from the presenter's laptop, and there is always a confidence monitor so the speaker sees their current and next slide and a countdown clock without turning around.
The graphics package
- Lower thirds — a speaker's name and title, animated on as they begin and off when they finish; editable up to show time.
- Opening and closing titles — a titled open with the event name and an animated logo; a closing card with a call to action.
- Full-screen titles and bumpers — section dividers ("Q&A", "Keynote"), sponsor thank-yous, and "we'll be right back" cards for breaks.
- Logo bug — a persistent, subtle brand mark in a corner.
- Video roll-ins — pre-recorded segments played cleanly into the program at full quality.
- Ticker and side panels — a scrolling ticker or a fixed panel for sponsor logos, social handles, or a donation prompt, where the layout calls for it.
Graphics run entirely from our system, or we take a fill-and-key feed from your graphics operator and integrate it into the switch.

Frequently asked questions
- How do you get the slides into the stream?
We take PowerPoint or Keynote as a direct video feed — not a camera pointed at a screen — and the producer switches between the presenter, the slides full-screen, and a picture-in-picture of both. We can run the deck from our system or take a feed from the presenter's laptop.
- Can the graphics match our brand?
Yes. We build the whole package — lower thirds, titles, bumpers, holding slides, and the logo bug — to your fonts, colours, and logo, and the producer triggers each element live from your run of show.
- Can we update a speaker's name or title at the last minute?
Yes. Lower thirds are built from your run of show and can be corrected for spelling or a changed title right up to show time.
- Do you support captions?
We can add an on-screen caption band where captioning is part of the brief, working with your captioner or a captioning service.
