Corporate Video Production — NYC & Long Island

Executive messages, culture and recruiting video, training, and event recaps for NYC and Long Island companies — shot with a crew that works around your workday.

Corporate video is internal and brand communication that happens to be on screen — a leadership message, a recap of the all-hands, a recruiting film, a training module, a customer story. It has a job to do, an audience inside or close to the company, and usually a brand standard to hold to. We produce it for New York and Long Island companies with a crew that works around your workday and the technical depth to fit your systems.

What corporate video is for

  • Leadership & executive messages — a quarterly update, a change announcement, a culture moment, delivered to camera and looking the part.
  • All-hands & town-hall recaps — a tight edit of the meeting for people who missed it, or a highlight cut for later.
  • Culture & recruiting — what it is actually like to work here, for careers pages and hiring.
  • Training & onboarding — process, product, safety, and compliance modules that people will actually watch.
  • Product & demo — a clear walk-through of what the product does and why it matters.
  • Customer & case-study stories — interviews with the people who use what you make.
  • Event highlights — a recap reel from a conference, a launch, or an offsite.
  • Ongoing content — a series on a monthly or quarterly cadence, shot in batches.

How a corporate shoot runs

A compact corporate video shoot in a glass-walled conference room: an executive seated for an interview, one soft key light, a camera on a tripod with a monitor, and a single operator, with the office visible and undisturbed through the glass.
Compact in-office interview shoot with a small, tidy footprint.

Pre-production. We agree the message and the audience, then the practical plan — talking points or a script, who is on camera, which rooms, the schedule, and any b-roll we need of the office, the product, or people at work.

The shoot. A small crew and a compact kit for interviews and executive messages; a multi-camera rig for panels, events, and anything live. We schedule around meetings, set up quickly, and keep out of the way of a normal working day.

Post-production. Editing, your brand's titles and lower thirds, motion graphics, colour, and sound. You review cuts, we revise, and we deliver the main version plus the social and vertical cutdowns, captioned.

Working in a New York building

An office shoot in Manhattan or on Long Island has logistics a studio does not:

  • Certificates of insurance issued to the building's exact requirements.
  • Freight elevator and loading dock bookings, and a load-in window that does not fight the morning rush.
  • Security and visitor check-in for the crew, and escorted access where required.
  • After-hours or early-morning scheduling when that disrupts less.
  • Tight rooms and glass walls — we light and frame for real offices, not soundstages.
  • Permitted exteriors — building lobbies, plazas, and street b-roll where permits and permissions allow.

The IT and security side

Corporate footage is often sensitive — unreleased product, financial context, employees who have not consented to be public. We treat that seriously: your NDA, media kept on encrypted drives, a short list of people who touch the project, and delivery and retention that follow your IT team's rules. When a project involves streaming or your internal video platform, our networking background means it integrates cleanly.

Deliverables

One visit produces the whole set — the main edit, the cutdowns, captions, and a b-roll library you keep.

A single corporate shoot day feeds editorial — the brand's titles, motion graphics, colour, and sound — which then fans out into the main edit in 16:9 in your delivery format, square and vertical cutdowns that are captioned, a transcript on request, an organised library of B-roll and selects, and the project files kept per your retention policy.
  • The primary edit in your delivery format
  • Social cutdowns — 16:9, square, vertical — captioned, in your title template
  • Transcripts on request
  • B-roll and selects, organised, if you want a library
  • Project files and archive per your retention policy

Frequently asked questions

How disruptive is a shoot to our office?

Not very. Most corporate shoots run with a small crew and a compact lighting and sound kit. We schedule around meetings, work in a conference room or a quiet corner, and keep the footprint small. For anything larger we plan it with your facilities and IT teams in advance.

Can you work in our building?

Yes. We handle New York building requirements — certificates of insurance, freight elevator and loading dock bookings, security check-in, and after-hours access when that is easier. Tell us the building and we will sort the logistics.

What kinds of corporate video do you make?

Leadership and executive messages, company updates and all-hands recaps, culture and recruiting video, training and onboarding, product and demo video, customer and case-study stories, and event highlight reels. If it is internal or brand communications for a company, it is in scope.

Do you deliver social and vertical versions?

Yes. The main edit plus the cutdowns you need — 16:9, square, and vertical, captioned, in your brand's title template — delivered in the formats your platforms use.

Can the same shoot also be a live stream?

Yes. An executive message can be recorded and streamed to the company at once, or an event can be covered as both a recording and a live broadcast. See live streaming and town halls.

Can you handle sensitive or confidential material?

Yes. We can sign your NDA, keep media on encrypted drives, restrict who touches the project, and follow your IT team's handoff and retention rules. Secure handling is part of how we work, not an add-on.
